Tenant administrators can view current information and updates on SHD at the link are experiencing a similar issue and do not see an SHD post, please let us know by sharing your tenant information via Private Message (PM) as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem. May be unable to instant message, see presence information, invite contacts, or see contact names. I put a registry key to force the Skype UI but if we are going to experience this issue then I will revert back to the Lync UI. This issue only occurs using the Skype UI and not for all users. The user experience of this incident is: Skype for Business users may be unable to communicate with Skype consumer users.
